1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jli2 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of jli2, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses the platform from within the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. jli2 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the jli2 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement under Philippine regulations governing online gambling. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using jli2 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jli2 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jli2 or any affiliated platform.

jli2 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jli2 services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your jli2 account.

jli2 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. jli2 reserves the right to suspend accounts pending completion of KYC verification.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli2 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jli2 account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your jli2 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jli2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jli2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your jli2 account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in a timely manner.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jli2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on jli2 is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard banking processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified players who have completed KYC requirements. jli2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. jli2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Processing Times: jli2 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard banking timelines.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jli2 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
• Taxes: Players are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings under Philippine law. jli2 does not provide tax advice.

jli2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected prohibited conduct. In such cases, jli2 will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jli2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jli2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain regions or to players who have previously abused promotional offers.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your jli2 account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate jli2 bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Modification: jli2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jli2 platform — including slots, live casino, table games, sports betting, sabong, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game or game category. By participating in any game on jli2, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules.

• RNG Certification: All jli2 casino games that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios with professional dealers operating under regulated conditions.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, jli2 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding wager amounts. jli2 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in jli2's server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may raise disputes through jli2 customer support within 30 days of the relevant game round.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on jli2 are subject to separate sports betting rules, including rules on void bets, postponed events, and settlement procedures. These rules are available in the sports betting section of the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jli2 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jli2 games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jli2 games or systems. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jli2 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the jli2 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jli2 software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jli2 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Using the jli2 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jli2 platform — including but not limited to the jli2 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jli2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jli2 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any jli2 content without prior written authorization from jli2.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jli2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jli2 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system outages, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the jli2 platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jli2's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the jli2 platform.

jli2's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

jli2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: jli2 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We employ age verification measures during registration and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their jli2 account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their jli2 account to help manage their gambling spend.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

jli2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. jli2 is not obligated to return funds where account closure results from a breach of these Terms.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jli2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jli2 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the jli2 platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the jli2 platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jli2 customer support to seek an amicable resolution. jli2 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly through its internal dispute resolution process.
